1:1 Sessions
My approach to wellness is rooted in self awareness through embodiment and nervous system support, with the intention of helping you build a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilling relationship with yourself to create the life you want.
Through 1:1 guidance I support individuals and couples in cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves through body literacy, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices that foster intentional connection to mind, body and spirit. This work is designed to help you better understand your patterns, responses, relationships, stressors, and internal rhythms so you can move through life with more clarity, resilience, and intention.
I draw from a variety of modalities including yoga, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, PEMF therapy and body literacy education to sustain whole body health. Each session is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual or couple.
Whether you are seeking stress relief, pain relief, emotional support, embodied movement practices, relationship guidance, menstrual cycle and fertility support, or a deeper understanding of yourself, these sessions are intended to help cultivate greater balance, resilience, regulation, and connection in everyday life.
Single Session Assessment
Beginning with a 75 minute consultation, we will create a custom tailored package incorporating all relevant modalities to best meet your health and relationship goals.
Ongoing Personalized Support
This gives you access to every modality I have at my disposal, with the added benefit of continued support, accountability and availability. Packages are tailored an individual or couples goals and health needs.
Menstrual Cycle Assessment
This introductory consultation assesses your overall cycle health to best utilize FAM practices and maximize female performance. Continued support can be determined on an individual basis.
